Children under 7 travel free of charge when accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket.<\/li>\n<li>Pensioner tickets are available to persons over 70 upon presentation of an identity document, as well as to persons entitled to a full pension under Kela or the statutory earnings-related pension system upon presentation of a Kela card.<\/li>\n<li>Persons performing military or civilian service may travel with the applicable discounted ticket upon presentation of valid proof (military service card or civilian service certificate).<\/li>\n<li>Passengers travelling with an unemployed person\u2019s ticket must present appropriate proof of unemployment (a decision from Kela or a certificate from the TE Office, either printed or shown on a mobile device).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<div align=\"left\">\n<h1>Piers of Departures<\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Note: the Torpedolahti scheduled service pier is under renovation until Midsummer, and the water bus will temporarily use <a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/94W4kukHxgfegKN49\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">this pier >><\/a> at Torpedolahti.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Vallisaari water bus departs from Helsinki Market Square, from pier number 10 at the Kolera Basin, <a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/58KGbb8Y3SbqSZr49\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">see map link >><\/a><br \/>\nOn Vallisaari, the vessel first stops at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/AQZNbXKJwnsNuCsu8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Luotsipiha pier<\/a>, on the outbound journey and then continues to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/maps.app.goo.gl\/S66vw1vsSvw5J4Bz9\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the Torpedolahden pier<\/a>. Unless otherwise agreed, passengers on the outbound journey disembark at Luotsipiha. The return departure operates only from the Torpedolahden pier.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Other things to note:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The ferry on this route is barrier-free and can be easily accessed via the gangway with both manual and electric wheelchairs.
