Travel tickets
Tickets can be purchased in advance from the JT-Line online store. Tickets will go on sale on April 1, 2026
Payment methods include cash, Finnish bank cards and most common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard).

Things to note about travel tickets:
- Kausiliput ovat henkilökohtaisia: varauduthan todistamaan henkilöllisyytesi pyydettäessä.
- Lastenlipulla matkustavat 7-17 -vuotiaat lapset. Alle 7-vuotiaat lapset matkustavat aikuisen seurassa veloituksetta ko. aikuisen lipulla.
- Eläkeläislipulla matkustavat henkilöllisyystodistusta vastaan yli 70-vuotiaat, sekä Kela-korttia vastaan henkilöt, joille on myönnetty Kelan tai työeläkejärjestelmän mukainen täysi eläke.
- Varusmiespalvelusta tai siviilipalvelua suorittava matkustaa yllä mainitulla alennuslipulla asianmukaista todistusta vastaan (voimassa oleva varusmieskortti tai siviilipalvelutodistus)
- Työttömien lipulla matkustavan tulee esittää asianmukainen todistus työttömyydestä (Kelan päätös tai TE-keskuksen todistus tulostettuna tai mobiililaitteen näytöltä).

Vallisaaressa alus pysähtyy menomatkalla ensin Luotsipihan laiturissa, ja jatkaa siitä Torpedolahden laituriin. Ellei erikseen ole muuta sovittu, niin menomatkan matkustajat jäävät pois kyydistä Luotsipihan laiturissa. Paluu lähtee vain Torpedonlahden laiturista.
Other things to note:
- The ferry on this route is barrier-free and can be easily accessed via the gangway with both manual and electric wheelchairs. We recommend that wheelchair passengers disembark on the outward journey at the Torpedolahti pier.
- You can take strollers on the ferry.
- We do not transport bicycles.
- Dogs are welcome on board and on Vallisaari / Kuninkaansaari, but they must be kept on a leash.
